Shit, you guys. Have you been to the Winter Vintage Sale at Red Cross Bridge Rd yet? I ain’t just shillin’ here - this is awesome, A-grade vintage clothing for as little as $5. I think the most expensive thing is like $50?

Five days only, and two of those are up. I suggest you get down here by Sunday, or be forever entombed by your own regret.

**This just in - sale extended until the 31st!!**

So my amazing mum gave me these vintage Chanel scarves last time I saw her. She was all, “I don’t even wear them. Do you want them?”

Like, was I gonna say no?

If you are from Melbourne’s inner-north, then you have to like op-shops. If someone asks you where you got something you are wearing, you should always say Savers, even if it’s from Cotton On.
The folk over at the Red Cross have observed the Melbourne hipster love for recycled clothing, and earlier in the year opened a vintage boutique at 316 Brunswick St, Fitzroy.
Prices are a little higher than your regular op-shop (though not as high as, say, Hunter Gatherer) but everything they have is the cream of the recycled crop. Plus, you get to feel like a good person - all proceeds go to the work of the Red Cross.
